We are conducting a stock take Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th June. Our delivery times will be affected by this.
Any orders placed after 12 noon on Tuesday 2nd June will not be dispatched until Monday 8th June.
We would just like to assure our customers that we are open for business.
Due to having a very limited head office customer service team currently we may not always be able to answer your call, we apologise for this disruption in advance.
If you need to contact us, we would like to encourage you to contact us via email at email@example.com or by using the message facility on our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are self-isolating please leave a note on your order for us to pass on to our courier service. Alternatively, if you would like your product left in a safe place please as normal also leave a note.
We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our team.
Thank you for your continued support.

All our products have dimension, bulb shape and wattage information on each relevant product page. For mobile site users, please click the + button next to 'Product Info' on the product page to reveal the information dropdown box.
Unless otherwise stated our lamps do not include bulbs. The recommended maximum wattage and bulb types are listed in the product description and should be readily available at a variety of hardware stores.
With a few exceptions, the majority of our lights are suitable for LED bulbs. You can find the bulb information listed on each product.
In your basket enter your promotional code in the box labeled ‘Use Promotional Code’ and press the button ‘Use Code’ before continuing to checkout. Promotional codes are case sensitive, we recommend copying and pasting them.
For lighting products, we recommend that our products are cleaned with a soft dry cloth and abrasive materials/chemicals are never used as they may damage your product and you don’t want that! Whenever cleaning your products remember to be gentle for the same reason.
Most importantly, always switch off the power supply before cleaning. Wait until the bulb has cooled before handling.
For more information on cleaning your lighting products see our Lighting & Homeware Cleaning Tips article.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.
The fastest-growing type of waste in the UK is unwanted electrical equipment.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you choose not to recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances can leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and also human health.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
WEEE Takeback Service
It is now easier than ever to recycle your electrical goods. When you purchase a new electrical item from us, we will accept, free of charge, the return of an item of WEEE, provided that the item of WEEE is (a) of an equivalent type to, and (b) fulfilled the same function as the new product supplied by us to you.
This item of WEEE must be sent to us within 28 days of your purchase of the new equipment. You must cover all related postage, packaging and carrier costs.
Please send your item to:
The lighting and Interiors Group Ltd.
