    Due to having a very limited head office customer service team currently we may not always be able to answer your call, we apologise for this disruption in advance.

    If you need to contact us, we would like to encourage you to contact us via email at or by using the message facility on our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    If you are self-isolating, please leave a note on your order for us to pass on to our courier service. Alternatively, if you would like your product left in a safe place please as normal also leave a note.

    We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our team.

  • Our Customer Service opening hours are:

    Mon-Thurs 8:15am – 4:45pm

    Friday 8:30am – 12.45pm

    We’re closed on weekends & bank holidays but if you send us an email we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Do you have a shop that is open to the public?View moreView less
  • No, we do not have a showroom or shop that is open to the public, we are solely an online retailer.

  • A product is out of stock, will you get any more in?View moreView less
  • Unless a product has been discontinued, we would likely be getting more stock in. To be notified of when a product is back in stock, please utilise the "email me back in stock" button on the relevant product page and you will automatically be emailed as soon as the item is back in stock on our website.

  • Do the prices shown include VAT?View moreView less
  • Yes – all prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

  • Does the price of a table lamp include the shade?View moreView less
  • Unless otherwise stated the price includes the base and shade as shown in the image. Some lamps in our Gregory’s range are sold as base only, however these are clearly marked, and the suggested lampshade is also available to buy on site.

  • How do find out the dimensions of a product?View moreView less
  • All our products have dimensions, bulb shape and wattage information on each relevant product page.

  • Do you sell bulbs?View moreView less
  • Unless otherwise stated our lamps do not include bulbs. The recommended maximum wattage and bulb types are listed in the product description and should be readily available at a variety of hardware and retail stores.

    We do have a small selection of decorative bulbs and accessories available here.

  • Does your lighting take LED bulbs?View moreView less
  • With a few exceptions, the majority of our lights are suitable for LED bulbs. You can find the bulb information listed on each product.

  • How do I use a promotional code?View moreView less
  • In your basket enter your promotional code in the box labelled ‘Use Promotional Code’ and press the button ‘Use Code’ before continuing to checkout. Promotional codes are case sensitive, we recommend copying and pasting them.

  • How do I clean my product?View moreView less
  • For lighting products, we recommend that our products are cleaned with a soft dry cloth and abrasive materials/chemicals are never used as they may damage your product and you don’t want that! Whenever cleaning your products remember to be gentle for the same reason.

    Most importantly, always switch off the power supply before cleaning. Wait until the bulb has cooled before handling.

  • Yes, of course. Please head over to our trade website – and set up a trade account with us.

  • What happens when I sign up to your newsletter?View moreView less
  • We usually send out an email newsletter bi-monthly to inform you of any offers, competitions, new products, trends and more. If you haven't ordered with us before, you will also receive 10% off your first order after you signing up.

    The 10% first order discount code will be sent direct to your inbox and must be inputted into the relevant box at checkout. We are unable to apply the discount once the order has been placed and the discount code cannot be combined with any other offer currently running.

  • Can I opt-out of future newsletter emails?View moreView less
  • Of course, we’ll be sad to see you go though! You can unsubscribe from any of our emails by clicking ‘unsubscribe from this list’ in the footer of the email. Please note: You will still receive order related emails even once unsubscribed.
