DELIVERY FEES

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £75 (GB Mainland only)

(Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight/Man/Scilly - postcodes as below)

Delivery areas are defined by our nominated couriers. The following postcodes are denoted as Highlands & Islands/Non-Standard Areas and as such are charged at a higher rate of £13.95:

AB31-AB38, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IM, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV49, IV51-IV56, IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW17, PA20-PA39, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH1, PH5-PH10, PH15-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH50, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3.

If you have incorrectly selected UK Mainland (£4.95) at checkout and are attempting delivery to one of the above postcodes you will be unable to complete the purchase until you select a different delivery address, or the higher priced option.

Standard Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and the majority of our deliveries are sent on a next day service (GB Mainland only).

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays are not processed until the next working day. Please take this into account when calculating approximate delivery dates.

Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only (excluding bank holidays).
We are not currently able to provide weekend delivery slots.

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you on the email address you provided at checkout. We will always quote your order number in any communication with you. If you need to contact us, please call customer services on 01204 703730 or send an email to web@lightingandinteriors.co.uk

SMS Delivery Confirmation

Please provide a mobile telephone number at the time of ordering to receive SMS delivery updates. We regret we are unable to provide delivery updates if you do not supply a mobile telephone number when placing your order.

Can I change my delivery address?

We are able to update your delivery address until up until your order is collected from us by our courier. Due to the fast turnaround of orders, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make any changes. If you place your order outside of usual office hours, please email web@lightingandinteriors.co.uk quoting your order number and any updates you wish to make.

What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?

If you know you will not be available on a certain date, please add this to the notes section when placing your order. If it is more convenient to deliver to another address, for example a workplace, please just enter this at the time of ordering.

Should you miss your delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how you can rearrange. Delivery will be attempted a maximum of 3 times before the parcel is returned to the local depot pending re-delivery instructions. If after 1 week the item is not re-scheduled or collected from the depot, it will be returned to us and we will issue a refund.

Some couriers are now also using Pick Up Points for missed deliveries. Should this happen, your order will be left at a local address, usually a convenience store etc. The parcel will be held awaiting pick up within a 2 week period. If you fail to collect the delivery within this time frame it will be returned to us and your order refunded.
We cannot arrange re-delivery of an order once it has been left at a Pick Up Point. If you'd rather receive your order to an alternative address just enter this at checkout.

Safe Place We are able to add instructions on deliveries to leave your items in a safe place. If you'd like your order leaving in a parcel box or your shed, porch or behind a gate just add a note on your order and we'll take care of that for you.
